Rihanna is vacationing on a yacht on the French Riviera, while Brown is also in Europe to shoot a music video.
Reports suggested the stars, who split after a much-publicised bust-up in 2009, had spent time together on the trip.
However, Brown's spokesperson has dismissed the gossip, revealing the singer is with his model girlfriend Karrueche Tran.
His rep told US website HollyScoop.com: "CB (Chris Brown) is in France to shoot a music video for Swizz Beatz album and Ludacris is in it. It's Swizz's song. Karrueche is there with him ... They never broke up.
"He is not on her (Rihanna's) yacht. There is no Rihanna connection."
Brown's rep was forced to dismiss romance rumours between the pair last month after it was alleged the former couple shared a New York City hotel room.
