Words of wisdom: "When I got accepted to go on the show, I made a point of visiting a farm that has rats in Newcastle. I have watched every series and I know in the past, celebrities have had to get inside plastic coffins with rats running over them. I knew that if I wanted to get any sleep, I had better get used to them.
"At the farm, I got to know eight rats and I even had them running over me! I am absolutely fine with rats now."
