The 18-year-old singer said his new book 'Just Getting Started' is there to help people find out more about him.
"I want the fans to get to know me more. It's hard to get to know me more because they already know everything about me," he told Aled Jones during an appearance on Daybreak.
Canadian-born Justin, who got his big break when he was spotted on YouTube, took to the morning show to describe his UK fans.
"In the States they chase the car for a little bit, but here they chase the car and then they run for blocks and then they get their bikes.
"They're very dedicated," he said, adding that he never gets fed up of the attention on his life.
"So many people wish to have the fan base that I have so I don't regret anything."
During his time in the UK, presenter Aled Jones suggested Justin visit his waxwork in Madame Tussauds.
"Why, do girls kiss it all the time? That's cool," he laughed.
And the teen superstar with over 28 million Twitter followers added that he hopes to meet up with One Direction singer, Niall Horan, who is from Mullingar.
It was revealed the pair annoyed Niall's neighbours when they stayed up jamming until 3am at his London apartment.
But Justin said, although he doesn't have time to go out when he comes to the UK, he does make time for Niall.
"We just hang out, low key, we chill," he chuckled.
There was no preview for fans when Justin kept tightlipped on magician David Blaine's role in the upcoming Believe arena tour that is set to visit Dublin in February.
The singer has turned entrepreneur and as well as number one album Breathe, single As Long as You Love Me, tour and book, he has launched a perfume, which he said is dedicated "to my fans and just anyone who wants to smell like what I like to smell".
