A breakdown of the voting figures also showed Beth and dancing partner Dan Whiston came top of the ranks in more weeks than any other pair.
They were crowned winners of the competition on Sunday, despite ex-Eastenders actor Matt Lapinskas and partner Brianne Delcourt being favourites throughout the competition.
However the voting figures showed Matt and Brianne came last in week five, seven and eight.
They were saved from competing in the skate-off due to high scores from the judges.
The skate-off in week nine was cancelled after former rugby star Gareth Thomas withdrew from the competition for medical reasons.
Matt would have been in the skate off against Olympic medallist Luke Campbell having only received 9.89% of the votes.
Coronation Street actress Samia Ghadie and, partner on and off the ice, Sylvain Longchambon were early favourites.
They came first in weeks one and four having received 25.93% and 17.81% of the vote respectively.
The pair were eliminated in week eight after failing to impress the judges and therefore received low marks.
Hollywood actress Pamela Anderson was a surprise early exit for the competition as she received the least amount of votes in the first week.
Only 8% of the votes were awarded to the former Baywatch star.
