Hundreds of people turned out in Belfast on Monday as Ant and Dec's famous Saturday Night Takeaway Supercomputer arrived in the city.

A number of lucky participants were charged with entertaining the Supercomputer and the assembled audience at Victoria Square in the city centre, with hopes of winning a trip to Florida for their troubles.

Each hopeful was given props and instructions to do anything to bring the fun to the masses, whether it was singing a song, dancing like you life depended on it or whipping the crowd into a frenzy.

And the better the performances, the longer the slot in front of the Supercomputer with a better chance of winning a place on the Saturday Night Takeaway plane to Florida in April.

Not everyone was a winner on the day, but all involved definitely showed Ant and Dec just what the 'craic' was all about.

Highlights of the Supercomputer's visit to Belfast will be shown during Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway on UTV this Saturday from 7pm.
