The Killers will take to the stage to headline the first night of the event at Boucher Road Playing Fields, while Bastille will also perform.
And DJ David Guetta will headline Sunday night.
"We're really excited - we've got a massive line up this year," Sarah Shimmons, from T Vital, told UTV.
Organisers have also been working with the police, who have warned that drugs will not be tolerated at the event.
"We want people to come and enjoy this concert and have a good time, but our message is to remain safe, act within the law, drink responsibly and try to behave as you would expect for anybody else," PSNI Chief Inspector Robert Murdie said.
Search dog Harley will be at the gates, having a sniff at those coming through the gates - any positive indicator will give officers grounds to carry out searches to prevent drugs getting in.
Translink has also being working with the organiser to ensure the event runs smoothly.
"We will have extra buses and trains in operation, plus extra personnel on the ground just really making sure everyone knows where they have to go and what time they have to be back at," Ursula Kelleher said.
Final preparations are continuing to try to make sure the two-day event goes without a hitch.
