Appearing on This Morning to chat to Marvin and Rochelle Humes, they admitted they still can't quite believe they've really secured their coveted places in the final.
"It's one of those moments where you wake up and think you've just dreamt something lovely," the bubbly Lettice said.
"My sister very nicely reminded me it was all real. It's just so flattering that people have taken the time to get on their phones and pay money (to vote) and they've never even met me!"
Pint-sized popstars Bars and Melody have already made it big in the US as a result of their BGT performances, having been flown out to appear on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
And that comes after none other than Simon Cowell himself was moved to push the Golden Buzzer in the first instance and rush the boys straight through to the semi-finals.
They then won the backing of the audience on Thursday night with their take on Every Breath You Take by The Police, with their rap sending out a message to anyone who has lost someone special.
"It was the most amazing experience ever," 13-year-old rapper Leondre Devries said.
"When the lighters were put in the air, I felt like crying - it was so emotional!"
And their popularity is certainly taking off, with 15-year-old singer Charlie Leneham revealing that they now have about 120,000 followers on Twitter, including Ellen DeGeneres herself.
"For her to tweet us was amazing. She said at the start she'd back us and she has," Charlie added.
The last of the BGT semi-finals will be aired on UTV on Saturday at 7pm.
