Ashley Roberts, ex-Pussycat Doll and star of I'm A Celebrity, said she is "beyond excited" to be bringing her dance and performance expertise to the show.
She said: "I'm beyond excited to be joining Dancing on Ice as a judge, to work alongside Torvill & Dean is such an honour, they're absolute legends.
"We've got some fantastic names lined up to skate this year and I can't wait to see their routines on the ice."
Joining her will be Karen Barber, who's back on the panel for 2013 and will ensure the critique is balanced across ice-skating, dance and performance each week.
She said: "We have an absolute wonderful group of celebrity skaters this year who have been training so hard to ensure they deliver on the ice for the viewers and of course us judges.
"I'm thrilled to be on the judging panel for 2013 and I look forward to an exciting and interesting series."
Jason Gardiner is also back after having a break away from the series last year.

And head judge Robin Cousins completes the panel, returning for his 8th series of Dancing on Ice.
He said: "After a great DOI 2012 with one of our strongest winners yet the class of 2013 has their work cut out! With two very focused Olympic medallists in the line up, the rest of the cast better bring their 'A' game and be ready for battle."
