The Victoria's Secret beauty gave birth to the couple's first child at the Vanderbilt University & Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee on Thursday morning, reports UsMagazine.com.
The newborn's name had not been made public as WENN went to press.
Aldridge and Followill, who met at California's Coachella festival in 2007, wed in May last year at the San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito, California after an eight-month engagement.
In December, they announced news of Aldridge's pregnancy, telling fans in a statement: "We are thrilled to announce that we are expecting our first child together. We can't wait to meet the new addition to our family."
