David Griffin

All- South Down

Born in Tipperary, David is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin in Politics and History. He was a teacher and taught at Beverley Boys in Surrey, Fivemiletown High School and Banbridge Academy. He taught A-Level History and Politics and retired as Vice-Principal of Banbridge Academy.

He is Chairman of Loughbrickland History Group and Vice-Chair of Banbridge District Policing Partnership.

David is also a keen sportsman, a former member of Ulster Tennis Council, and was the first Chairman of Banbridge Squash Club.
