Self-defence claim in Megan Fox lawsuit

Megan Fox and her husband Brian Austin Green have fired back at a photographer who clashed with the couple in Hawaii, insisting the actor was merely defending himself when he scuffled with the snapper.
Delbert Shaw filed a lawsuit at Los Angeles County Superior Court in March alleging the couple made verbal threats against him while he was taking their picture on a beach in Hawaii in December 2010.
He also claims the Beverly Hills 90210 star tussled with him and then threw his iPhone in the sea.
However, Fox and Green have now filed legal papers to rebuff the claims, denying the allegations and insisting Green was acting in self-defence.
The papers, obtained by Rumorfix.com, also suggest the allegations should be dismissed as the statute of limitations has expired.
