The three celebrities received the fewest public votes and had to perform the ultimate skate-off - a solo routine lasting one minute and comprising 23 skills.
Sébastien broke down in tears after he forgot his choreography and was unable to finish his routine on Sunday night, while Heidi said her legs were "like jelly". In the end they were voted off by head judge Robin Cousins.
"I'm not sure we've ever had a more dramatic and emotional skate-off," said host Phillip Schoffield.
"I have to accept what happened and thank everyone," said Sébastien, who couldn't fight back the tears.
"I've had the best time," said Heidi.
Earlier Jennifer Ellison returned to the rink after kicking herself on the head with her ice skate and suffering a gash on her scalp during last weekend's show.
She danced to Christina Aguilera's Candyman and said last Sunday's accident felt like she'd been "hit by a train".
She was praised by the judges for having the courage to get back on to the ice, scoring 20 points out of a possible 30.
She said: "It's been one of the hardest weeks. I just feel like I've done it so I'm made up."
Robin Cousins said that while the routine was a "little safe", it was "beautifully controlled".
Emmerdale star Matthew Wolfenden and his partner Nina Ulanova received the highest score of the night, 28 points.
Hollyoaks star Jorgie Porter performed the headbanger lift with her partner Matt Evers and the pair scored 25.5.
X Factor flop Chico and his partner Jodeyne Higgins scored 24 and Robin Cousins told the one hit wonder that he was "terrific".
Louie Spence said: "I really believe that you can go all the way and win this."
Coronation Street star Andy Whyment and his partner Vicky Ogden scored 19.5 with Spence saying he was "Mr Rhythm, Mr Performance and Mr Personality".
