The rockers, who reformed earlier this year (for a European tour and a series of summer shows, took to the stage at the annual music event in Staffordshire, England in front of thousands of fans.

They thrilled the crowd with a selection of their hits including I Wanna Be Adored, I Am The Resurrection and Fools Gold.

Meanwhile, The Killers brought the show at the festival's sister site in Essex, England to a rousing finish with a hits-packed set which included Somebody Told Me and Smile Like You Mean It.

They also debuted the band's new single Runaways for the revellers.

Noel Gallagher, Snow Patrol and Sir Tom Jones also performed at the event.
