In addition to hosting the 14th annual ceremony, Greene was tipped for big things in the movie industry after landing the breakthrough prize, the Female Superstar of Tomorrow award.
I Am Number Four star Alex Pettyfer picked up the male equivalent, while iCarly singer/actress Miranda Cosgrove accepted the Cross-Over of the Year trophy.
Modern Family co-stars Rico Rodriguez and Nolan Gould shared the Male Scene Stealers honour, while 12-year-old Mad Men regular Kiernan Shipka was the Female Scene Stealer.
Actress Ginnifer Goodwin was crowned the year's Style Icon, Dawson's Creek star James Van Der Beek was hailed as Veteran of the Year, and Sophia Bush was recognised for her charity work with the Philanthropy Award.
