Adele's grandmother suffers heart attack

Adele was nursing a secret heartache at the Brit Awards on Tuesday as her grandmother was in hospital recovering from a heart attack, according to a report.
The soul star was forced to put on a brave face at the London ceremony after her 68-year-old grandmother Rose collapsed in a supermarket in south Wales
Adele had been at Rose's bedside and almost scrapped her appearance at the prizegiving, where she scooped the Best Female and Best Album trophies, to stage a vigil.
A source tells The Sun on Sunday, "Adele was panic-stricken. It would have broken her heart to have lost her. She didn't leave her side until doctors reassured her that her gran was on the mend."
Rose is now resting at home in Penarth after surgeons widened her arteries with two stents.
