The City star's dad Jeffery succumbed to kidney cancer earlier this month following a year-long fight with the disease.
Port penned a heartfelt letter to her father, entitled I Love You Forever and Always, to read aloud at his memorial service, and has now posted the message on her blog.
The emotional post begins: "Dear Dad, I'd like to start off by telling you how much I love you and how much I miss you. I miss your love, your voice and mostly right now just your touch. If I had to live my life once over I wouldn't change anything. Even if it meant losing you too soon, it would be worth all of the tears in the world because you were simply the greatest."
The fashion designer also details her devastation at the loss, adding: "While my heart is broken and nothing seems to make sense right now, I am still holding on to every word you have said, every lesson you have taught, every memory and will continue to do so as I will always feel your presence."
The 28-year-old then jokes that her dad can now "play golf" whenever he pleases, before concluding: "Until the day we meet again, our family will not be complete. But know we will thrive forever in your honour and live to make you smile."
